Lovely vintage 20th century Mexico sterling silver dinner bell, stamped Mexico 925 to one side of the clapper and ML65 to another, indicating the maker’s name as well as the location (Mexico City). Unfortunately many individual Mexican silversmiths’ names have been lost to time, but this is a fine example of his/her work with a well made Aztec calendar finial to the top of the bell.
