Stunning Edwardian Sterling Silver Buttons Depicting Orpheus, Complete Set of Six.

This stunning set of six sterling silver buttons feature Orpheus, the Greek mythological figure, holding his lyre. The hallmarks date this to be by M Bros, Birmingham 1902. 

This lovely set, particularly as in its original box, would make an ideal gift for any musician or Greek classics enthusiast. 

This set would be a perfect finishing touch on a fine bespoke waistcoat or jacket. 

A truly rare set to find intact and with box, much less in excellent near mint antique condition; only wear to the base and sides of box suggests age.
