Scarce Vintage Wade of England ceramic ashtray with cast iron London double decker bus, Player's Tobacco, circa 1940s

A charming and scarce Wade of England ceramic ashtray with cast iron London double decker bus finial circa 1940s. The bus has “Players Please” on both sides, which was an advertisement for Player’s Navy Cut Tobacco. A very nice cross-collectible piece.

Backstamp states ‘An RK Product by Wade of England”.

Measurements 16cm length, 6cm height.

Very good vintage condition, with wear to bus and light wear overall commensurate with age and light use. No chips or cracks to note.
