Rare Gouda Dutch Art Deco Pottery Cache Pot / Jardiniere, Rhodian Pattern c.1921

This antique Gouda Art Deco jardiniere is one of the best examples we have seen from this renowned Dutch Art Pottery factory.

Made in their main PZH factory in 1921, this classic Rhodian pattern is a quintessential Art Deco style. In a stylised floral pattern, this has been hand-painted with vibrant jewel tones strongly influenced by Orientalism and the Jugendstil movement.
