A beautiful pair of large antique Edwardian sterling silver Corinthian column candlesticks, with marks for Sheffield, 1904, Walter Latham & Son. Walter Latham began working in 1898, then formed a partnership with his son from 1899 to 1912; their premises were at Brocco Works, Solly Street, Sheffield.
Elegantly wrought with repousse work to top and stepped bases; beaded borders to drip pans and base. Substantial weighted bases with original green felt to base.
