Beautiful early Victorian sterling silver meat skewer with marks for London, 1841, George Adams. Made by Chawner & Co. during the George Adams period, one of our favourite firms and makers. Chawner & Co. were fine and prolific makers, supplying retailers such as Hunt & Roskell, R.& S. Garrard & Co & Elkington & Co.

Engraved with crest to handle of infinity knot.
