Rare early 18th century Kangxi period scholar motif dish, beautifully executed in blue & white. Featuring a scholar at his desk with courtyard details, with an inscription to top and a maker’s mark (possibly 萬興） to base.

Rings true. Minor wear overall commensurate with age; tiny fleabites to rim and base,. Minor firing flaws as well as some staining and crazing as pictured. This would be good antique condition considering the age of Qing porcelain. Old provenance level to base.
