Antique Sterling Silver Propelling Pencil w Carnelian Seal Top

Unmarked but tested as silver. Beautiful craftsmanship with beautifully engraved details as well as repousse work to the seal fob top. The carnelian seal fob has been left blank, perfect to add an inscription of your very own. Lovely antique piece most likely late 19th to early 20th century.
