In 1893 the firm went voluntarily out of business and was taken over by the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Alliance.

The firm continued to produce items of note throughout the late 19th and early 20th century until it was amalgamated into Garrard & Co. in 1952.

Price marked at $600 AUD.

Measurements: 6.8 cm base diameter, 8.4cm high. 100 grams total weight.

Good antique condition overall, marks crisp and well-struck. Minor surfaces blemishes commensurate with use and age as pictured.
