This early to mid 20th century Chinese snuff bottle is an absolutely lovely piece. With thickly glazed iron red enamels to the exterior and a finely painted reverse glass watercolour to the interior, this is an excellent example of the reverse painting genre of snuff bottles. Made from glass, it features charming florals and an inscription wishing the bearer contentment and everlasting happiness. A lovely jade stopper completes the piece.
