1930s Australian W.J. Sanders sterling silver teapot with Art Deco finial and handles, likely bakelite

This beautiful Australian sterling silver teapot circa late 1930s comes with elegant Art Deco finial and handles which we believe to be bakelite or early celluloid.
Hallmarks for W. J. Sanders & Co., Sydney silversmiths since 1911. Known as some of Australia’s finest gold and silversmiths, they produced in recent years the Melbourne Cup for ABC Bullion and the Victoria Racing Club as well as the Harry White Whip.
