Stunning vintage Atlantis Portugal crystal decanter with Portuguese sterling silver caged overlay circa last quarter of 20th century. The silver mount was made by Ferreira Marques & Irmao, Porto, Portugal.
One of the most beautiful decanters we have come across with garlanded and ribboned swags and giardinetti motifs to each side. A truly rare and elegant piece; with one selling in England last year at 895 pounds.
Acid etched signature “Atlantis” to base.

Measurements: 22cm height (base to top of stopper). 125.6 grams (silver sleeve/case) weight.
Excellent vintage condition with minor wear overall commensurate with age. Light rubbing to marks but overall legible.
