A lovely antique William IV Garrards sterling silver teapot, London, 1830. Sponsor mark of Robert Garrard II to teapot body with a charming later floral finial with marks for John James Keith circa 1827-1847.
This teapot was made by the renowned maker R & S Garrard of London in 1877, when they were still in their original premises at No.31, Panton Street, Haymarket, London.
Garrard needs little to no introduction, but they have been synonymous with craftsmanship for centuries. Crown Jewellers from 1843 to 2007, they currently produce work of this quality only for the most bespoke commissions. For instance, they continue to make trophies for the Americas Cup, Ascot and the British Masters.

Measurements: 3cm high, 7.5 by 7.5cm base diameter. 858 grams.
Good antique condition, minor blemishes throughout, later finial as mentioned. Tea patina within.
