A beautiful antique Japanese ivory netsuke depicting an old lady carrying bundles. Signed 玉之 (Gyokuyuki) to the base circa late Meiji Period (1868-1912), a well-sculpted piece with small details such as her leaf garment to ward off rain, her head scarf and her belongings carried over her shoulder and in her hands.
