Antique late Victorian sterling silver and cut glass condiment or toiletry  jar with marks for 1899, Birmingham, and a sponsor mark for B&C, a listed firm that was active from 1899 to 1906. Beautiful and interesting repousse work to sterling silver lid with monogrammed initials to central cartouche, featuring bird and floral motifs. A beautiful piece to grace your dinner table.
