Vintage Orient Express Reproduction Toleware and Brass Lamp
Vintage Orient Express Reproduction Toleware and Brass Lamp
With the recent releases of “Murder on the Nile” and other Agatha Christie films, what better time to channel the looking of the roaring 20s than with this fantastic version of the Orient Express Lamps? This electrified version of the gas lamps on the Orient Express was produced most likely between the 50s to 60s; the painted toleware shades are relatively uncommon, particularly in this beautiful forest green colourway that contrasts excellently with the brass. The clawed feet and the “Orient Express Istanbul” plaque make the perfect finishing touch.
