Vintage Dinky Double Decker Bus model toy car, model number 290 29C

This vintage Dinky model toy car is the Double Decker Bus, model number 290 29C and is circa 1946 to 1960.

Dinky toy cars were made in England during this period by the Meccano Company at a factory in Liverpool. While Dinky sadly no longer operates, they remain a fondly cherished memory for many.  A fine toy car full of childhood nostalgia, this would appeal to any toy car collector, particularly Dinky aficionados.
