Stunning Asahi Shoten .999 pure silver coffee pot circa 1920s to 1940s, late Taisho to early Showa period.
Asahi Shoten was a premier Japanese silversmith that opened in Kannai, Yokohama in the 1890s and remains operational today. It was known for its fine tableware and jewellery.
Beautifully made with planished details and finely engraved bamboo details. Small timber insulators to the handle.
