Rare vintage richly gilded Rosenthal Pompadour teacup trio in cobalt blue and gold

Here we have a rare and stunning Rosenthal Pompadour teacup trio circa 1940s to 1950s in a gorgeous cobalt blue and gold colourway. This trio is simply stunning; the quality and level of the gilding and Rococo-esque details to the cup’s interior, handle and throughout the saucers is truly remarkable. Founded in Bavaria in 1893, Rosenthal continues to operate today and continues to manufacture porcelain to a high standard, including homewares for Versace.
