Pair of Late 20th Century Chinese Polychrome Vases

Lovely pair of 20th century vintage polychrome vases with apocryphal Yongzheng imperial mark. While the inscription means "to be produced for the court of the Yongzheng emperor", this is in the style of rather than an actual early Qing imperial piece.

These ones are possibly mid to late 20th century; our best guess is the 1980s. These particular vintage pieces are still quite collectible and have a great retro vibe about them; certainly will appeal to lovers of maximalist decor.

Base diameter 14.8cm

* It should be noted that while there are square ringed marks from the Yongzheng period, this particular piece is clearly apocryphal and most likely produced for export.
