Pair of antique Victorian sterling silver salt cellars. William Evans, London, 1881

Here we have a lovely pair of antique Victorian salt cellars, with assay marks for William Evans, London, 1881. Evans was active from 1864 to 1894, and specialised in small fine items of tableware.

These two salt cellars with their original Bristol glass liners are in lovely condition and have charming details such as clawed legs with escalloped details.

Price marked at $400 AUD for the pair.

Measurements: 3.5cm high, 67.4 grams silver weight.
