Lovely little Victorian English ceramic match striker with sterling silver rim, hallmarked for Chester 1891, silver maker's marks by Edward Moses Levetus who appears to have been active only for a short time between 1891-1892.
The manufacturer of this piece is Taylor, Tunnicliffe, & Co. England, who were founded in 1867.
