A beautiful late 18th to early 19th century sterling silver toddy ladle with ivory handle and gold-plated George III 1787 shilling set to base of bowl. Circa no later than the first quarter of the 19th century (1820s), this is a beautiful and elegant piece particularly with the addition of the shilling which was likely to possess great sentimental value.
