A beautiful High Victorian sterling silver Victoria pattern fish server, with marks for Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater, London, 1857. A well wrought and substantial piece in an uncommon and rare pattern, perfect for fine dining and entertaining.

The partnership was founded in 1836 and ended in 1864 upon Cater’s retirement, and was known for the quality of its fine silver.
