This lovely fine bone china trinket pot from Royal Crown Derby is a beautiful example of English bone china done in an Imari style pattern.
Since the 1800s, Imari ware was incredibly popular in Britain, with several top notch manufacturers creating their own patterns in that style.
Royal Crown Derby's "Old Imari" pattern remains one of their most popular and highly collectible.
This particular style with its beautiful gilt edges and imari style painted blossom motifs is very desirable and no longer produced. Hallmarks place this pot to be produced in 2003.
This is in excellent vintage condition.
