A beautiful antique Chinese export silver condiment or cocktail knife, circa mid to late 19th century, with marks for Hung Chong, an important retail silversmith in Shanghai active from 1830 to 1925.

Tests as silver between .900 to .950 in purity.

Price marked at $300 AUD.

Measurements: 12cm length, 27.2grams.

Excellent antique condition overall with light wear commensurate with age.
