Antique American sterling silver tea necessity by Wilcox & Wagoner circa 1900s to 1920s

Beautiful antique American sterling silver tea necessity for biscuits, sweets etc. with marks for Wilcox & Wagoner circa 1900s to 1920s. The Watson company, a highly regarded firm, produced these pieces for Wilcox & Wagoner from 1905; after the latter was acquired by the former, they continued producing fine silverware under the sword & laurel mark until 1929.
