Lovely antique sterling silver pepperette with cobalt glass liner, with marks for Graff Washbourne and Dunn, New York silversmiths who were active from 1899 to 1961. This would have been made during the start of their partnership and is well cast and of thick gauge. A quality piece and an excellent example of Gilded Age American silver.
