Antique Aesthetic Movement twin swallow motif sterling silver bangle

A beautiful antique Aesthetic Movement sterling silver bangle, circa 1870 to 1880, possibly colonial Australian in origin. Beautifully engraved to the front with a foliate pattern and two swallows representing steadfast love. This would make a beautiful and meaningful present particularly for a silver wedding anniversary. Marked Sterling Silver to the interior as well as currently unknown mark. We welcome any further information on this particular mark.

Measurements: Inner diameter 5.8 cm, 30.7 grams.

Very good antique condition with minor wear commensurate with age. Slightly out of round, could be easily rectified if needed.
