The hallmarks on this beautiful 19th century French .950 silver ladle are for Francois-Dominique Naudin, who was a Parisian silversmith active from 1800-1840, as well as the viellard or Michel-Angel mark which was used to hallmark objects made within Paris from 1819 to 1838.  At .950 silver purity, this ladle is of a higher silver purity than the sterling standard. A very fine piece made between the Bourbon Restoration period and that of the July Monarchy, circa 1819 to 1838.

Price marked at $850 AUD.

Measurements: Approx. 32cm length, 173.3 grams.

Good antique condition, with dimples and blemishes overall commensurate with age and use.
