A beautiful pair of rectangular Japanese late Meiji to Taisho Period Satsuma buckles circa late 19th to early 20th century. Beautiful handpainted details including iron red glazed border, gilt details as well as elegant hand-painted butterfly motifs.
Price marked at $350 AUD.
Total measurements: 8.5cm length. Buckles each 4.4 by 6cm measurements.
Good antique condition with some wear overall commensurate with age.
