Vintage sterling silver butter spreader, with marks for Sheffield, 1939, Hardy Brothers.

Hardy Brothers is one of the great names in Australian history when it comes to fine jewellery, silver and decorative arts. Their historic products are extremely collectible, and are held in state and national collections. It remains the only Australian jewellery business to hold a royal warrant and has produced the Melbourne Cup since 1980.
