Near antique George V provincial silver Albert chain with dog clip

A very elegant George V provincial silver Albert chain with dog clip. The chain is marked for Britton & Sons, Chester, 1928. The T-bar has marks for Britton & Sons, Birmingham, 1928. The firm was active from 1908 to 1959 on Hockley Hill, Birmingham, but would use the Chester assay throughout their tenure, making this a lovely and substantial example of 20th century English provincial silver.
