Large vintage QEII timber and sterling silver bottle holder with marks for London, 1981, Bruford & Heming Ltd; the latter was active from 1977 to 1987 and made commemorative items at their premises on Conduit St, London. With commemorative 1981 plaque celebrating the Prince of Wales’ marriage to Lady Diana Spencer.

Of substantial size, this would fit a magnum sized bottle of wine and would be an elegant finishing touch in any study or gentleman’s bar.
