A beautiful antique Chinese Yixing Zisha clay teapot, circa early 20th century, featuring a celadon-glazed dragon head spout and a lizard-shaped finial on the lid. A beautiful bird and floral design which contrasts beautifully against the clay body of the teapot.
Yixing clay has been renowned for centuries for its unique mineral-rich content, creating teapots which increase the richness and flavour of teas over time, making antique Yixing teapots particularly desirable.
