Antique 18th century Kangxi period 4-clawed dragon amongst clouds dish

A rare early 18th century Kangxi period 4-clawed dragon amongst clouds dish circa 1700 to 1720, with central longevity motif. Beautifully painted in blue & white, the dragon has always been a sign of auspiciousness in Chinese culture.

A “Wu’ (武） has been lightly etched using a possible needle to the base during this piece’s history, and the maker’s mark 春成 is handpainted to base.

Measurements: 19.5cm approx. diameter, 4 cm height.

Rings true. Minor wear overall commensurate with age; tiny fleabites to rim and base, one minor historic chip to top as pictured. Minor firing flaws as well as some staining and crazing as pictured. This would be very good antique condition considering the age of Qing porcelain. Old provenance level to base.
