This early 20th century Chinese export silver bowl, estimated .900 silver (tests as silver, exact purity unknown), would make a perfect display item and also fit a standard serving of rice.
We could see someone using this as an offering bowl or simply as a beautiful decorative item in the house. Beautifully hand hammered medallion-shaped floral motifs cover the exterior.
