The beautiful blue glaze and delicate patina, speaks to this piece being nearly a 1000 years old. This dish has an elegant simplicity characteristic of Song Qingbai Ware, and features a thinly potted body as well as a delicate blue-white glaze, a biscuit coloured body which can be seen to the top rim of the dish, as well as in areas of the base where the glaze did not reach during firing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn our opinion we have classified this as Qingbai, however there is some visual overlap with celadon of that period.
